This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Smart Cleaner iOS application ("Smart Cleaner," the "App," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Smart Cleaner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App and delete it from your device.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Smart Cleaner on Apple devices that you own or control.
The App may be used only for personal and lawful purposes. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App or any related intellectual property to you.
Smart Cleaner may help you:
You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations before deleting, compressing, or modifying any content.
Smart Cleaner does not guarantee that every duplicate, similar, unnecessary, or large file will be identified correctly. You should keep appropriate backups of important content.
Content deleted through iOS may remain in Apple's "Recently Deleted" album for a limited period. We are not responsible for content deleted by you, changes synchronized through iCloud, or any failure to recover deleted content.
Some features require permission to access photos, videos, or files on your device.
You may refuse or withdraw permissions through iOS Settings. If you do not provide a required permission, the related feature may not function correctly.
You agree that you will only use Smart Cleaner to access and manage content that you own or are legally authorized to manage.
You may not:
Smart Cleaner, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, files, and other content stored on your device. Using the App does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
The App may use or provide access to services operated by Apple or other third parties, including the App Store, iCloud, email, and support services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App when reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
You may need to install updates to continue using certain features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Cleaner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the App, including loss of photos, videos, files, data, profits, or business opportunities.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by stopping use of the App and deleting it from your device. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate this Agreement, misuse the App, or create a security or legal risk.
Sections that should reasonably continue after termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and governing-law provisions, will remain effective.
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
You are responsible for reviewing the latest version. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Your continued use of Smart Cleaner after an update means that you accept the updated Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you must stop using and delete the App.
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings before the next billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its terms will be shown before purchase. Any refund request for an App Store purchase must be submitted to Apple and will be handled under Apple's policies.
