Photos, videos, files, and scan results are processed locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers or sent to external AI providers.

Smart Cleaner does not automatically delete your content. You must review and confirm deletion. Content deleted through iOS may remain in Apple's "Recently Deleted" album for a limited period.

2. Information We May Collect

We may collect limited information in the following situations:

Information you provide when contacting customer support, such as your email address, message, and screenshots.
Technical information, such as App version, iOS version, device model, crash reports, and performance information.

We do not collect the contents of your photo or video library, Contacts, email inbox, precise location, health information, advertising identifier (IDFA), or activity from other apps and websites.

Local scan results and temporary information remain on your device until they are cleared or the App is deleted.

Information sent to us, such as support messages or technical records, is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable security measures to protect information. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information.

Because most Smart Cleaner information remains on your device, we may not have any photos, videos, files, or scan results to provide or delete.
